Vi l la Skyfal l is a newly bui l t v i l la and is the epitome of c lass and luxury and features eight bedrooms and offers spectacular v iews over Koh Phangnan and Ang Thong Marine park.

Each of the eight bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and feature satel l i te TV and DVD, whi lst being able to access the large music l ibrary on the central ized server. There is one large master bedroom, a further s ix doubles, and a twin. The master bedroom and two of the doubles have their own private balconies. L i f t access to al l bedrooms not only means that luggage del ivery on arr ival is painless, but a lso that e lderly relat ives have access to the whole house from the car porch i tsel f .

The shared spaces include the estate tennis court , an indoor bar that overlooks the inf inity pool , and hosts a pool table and 2 large TVs, ideal for watchingsport ing events with fr iends and family . The v i l la ’s   l ight ing, music system and theatre are state of the art and operated by an Ipad.

Vi l la Skyfal l has numerous areas to relax, from large spaces combined with spectacular v iews, to cozy indiv idual nooks and crannies, which al low guests to decide i f they want to entertain just the c losest of fr iends or to hold part ies for large events.  These spaces include a study, a luxurious indoor movie theatre, an indoor lounge bar with a pool   table, and an outdoor pool bar.

There is a sunny outside dining terrace and can seat up to 8 people as wel l as an

indoor dining room. The v i l la has a ful ly equipped kitchen for guests use but the rates include the services of a chef .

There is a magnif icent pr ivate 26 square meter swimming pool with a deep swimming sect ion and a shal low seat ing/chi ldren’s play area, and is surrounded by stunning v iews.
