VFC300/350 Vaccine Monitoring Kit
The VFC300 Kit includes: • VFC300 data logger• Stainless steel temperature sensor with 10’ cable in ashatter-proof glycol filled bottle• Acrylic stand so your glycol bottle can stand uprightin the fridge or freezer• Mounting bracket to be attached to the side of yourfridge/freezer• Adhesive backed cable tie mounts with tie wraps soyou can secure the cable to the side of thefridge/freezer• NIST traceable Certificate of Calibration compliant toISO 17025:2005, with 1 year re-certification

Downloading the software
You can download the software from Control Solutions website atwww.vfcdataloggers.com
Downloading the software
The software is now installed. It will put an ICON on your desktop.
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration To sign-up for your Cloud account you need to contact Control Solutions sales,
[email protected] or call 888-311-0636
You will receive Cloud service information forms that need to be completed andreturned
Within 1-2 days an automated e-mail will be sent to you with a link and instructionsfor signing into your Cloud account

VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration Sign into your Cloud account by clicking on the Sign In button and then enter your e-mail and
password that you created
Click Sign In

After your Cloud account has been set-up click “Set-up Devices”, then click “On The Cloud”
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration You will now be prompted to connect your device to the PC with the shorter micro-USB cable
provided
The USB port on the VFC300 is protected by a rubber cover, remove this to gain access to the USB port
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration After you connect the VFC300/350 to the PC you will see the next two screens
The second screen shows a list of available networks. If the list is blank press the “RefreshConnections” button
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration Now select the wireless network that you want to communicate to and type in the password
If you use a hidden network scroll to the bottom of the list and select “Join Other Network”
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration If you need to configure additional network settings such as static IP address, tick the “Enter
Advanced Network Options” box before clicking “Next”
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration The following information applies if you selected “Advanced Network Options”
Enter the IP address to configure the device along with the Subnet Mask and Default Gateway
It is also possible to lock the device so that it will only connect to one wireless access point. This maybe necessary if you have multiple access points with the same SSID. Enter the MAC address of theaccess point.
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration Enter your device name. This page shows the default settings for your VFC300/350, any changes you
wish to make can be done through your FilesThruTheAir™ Cloud account. Once you have entered yourVFC300/350 name click ‘Next’.
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration Once your VFC300 is associated with your FilesThruTheAir™ Cloud account you will get this
confirmation screen.
Click ‘Finish’ to return to the start screen
VFC300/350 Set-up Configuration At the start screen select “View Devices” then select “On The Cloud”
This will take you to the device page of the Cloud

Click on each of the icons at the bottom and select the proper settings
Make sure and perform all changes before moving to the next Icon
After completing all changes, click “Apply” to send settings to Cloud
