throughlectureIwasgettingmyveggiesinforthe
dayandgettingmyclassmatesmindsmoving.
Alwaysbytheendofthesemestertherewere
fewerbagsofchipsaroundmeandmorefruitcups
andveggiebags.
Thisisespeciallyeffectivewithagreatvegan
sandwich.Mostanimalproductshaveasharp,
unpleasant
odor.
In

confines
of
a
lunch
room,
thiscanbereallyharsh.WhenIopenedmylunch
bagIwouldproducedeliciouseasysandwichesthat
werebeautiful,fullofgreatnutrition,andcolorful.
Usuallythatwouldopenupadialoguewitha

thattakesyouthirtyminutestoconstructanda
wholelotofstress,getanapkin.Withafewtips,

WhenIthinkaboutbuildingasandwich,Iprimarily
considerfiveaspectsofthesandwich.Bread
integrity,keepingthesandwichtogether,whenthe

Mostimportantlyishowlongthesandwichneeds
tokeepbeforeIgetaroundtoeatingit.IfIam
preparingitandeatingitrightafterwards,Ihavea
