The 99th annual Vancouver International Auto Show returns to Vancouver with a staggering lineup of what’s new and what’s next in the automotive industry housed in 370,000 feet of space at the beautiful Vancouver Convention Centre West.

The Show takes place in a no-pressure environment that allows attendees to experience and learn all about new vehicles in a non-sales environment, speak with manufacturer product experts, and have hands on demonstrations of the latest technological advances.
The Vancouver International Auto Show is renowned for delivering a line-up that is “not to be missed” and this year is no exception. Be sure to visit the exhibits on the street level then take escalator down to see new vehicles from all of the top brands. Use the floor plan to find the location number of these highlights:
Outside the convention centre, join us for Daily Drive Up displays on Jack Poole Plaza where there will be new themed ex-citement each and every day. With vehicles ranging from Modifieds to Classics, Minis to Pick-ups there is something for everyone in this dynamic outdoor plaza that changes daily!
A2 - The Vancouver Auto Show is a family-friendly event! Start your visit by dropping your kids off at the Volkswagen Children’s
Playcare Centre while you explore show floor. Free professional daycare service filled with exciting activities for your chil-dren – courtesy of your local Volkswagen dealers will be onsite. There will be arts and crafts, dress-up, DVDs and more to keep the youngsters entertained and in good hands. The Volkswagen Children’s Playcare Centre is located inside the main entrance to the show (off Thurlow Street) with a drop off area mid-way through the Show (D8).
B1, B2, B3, B4, B12, B14 - The 2019 Auto Show offerings in the luxury/exotic class are once again a showcase of the who’s who, including Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Maserati, Ferrari, McLaren, Bentley, Aston Martin, Lotus and more.
B7 - Speaking of supercars, the Vancou-ver International Auto Show is proud to present the Western Canadian debut of the Mclaren Senna, considered to be one of the most widely anticipated supercars of 2019. Named in honour of the late great Brazilian McLaren Formula One driver Ayrton Senna, the Senna is one of the rarest cars to come out of the company’s facility in Woking, England. Only 500 of the spectacular vehicles were built.

2020 Floor PlanNow in its third year, the floor plan brochure contains maps of the two levels of the 2020 show as well as edito-rial on the must-see highlights. All major auto show contests will also be promoted in the floor plan.
Publication is size is 6” x 9” folded (24” x 9” unfolded). A daily version of the floor plan will be hand distributed at the show entrance, allowing us to highlight events of the day.
For the first time, ad space for lifestyle, food service, and tourism providers will be available on a limited basis. Sponsorship, including logo placement on the floor plan cover, plus ad space on an inside page, will be offered as part of a package to Show Guide advertisers. The floor plan brochure is printed in English. Daily distribution is 7,000 copies per edition. There are five editions available (Wednesday to Sunday).
Full-page ads start at $1,995 (gross) per edition. Half page ads are available for $1,095. Ad booking deadline is January 31, 2020.

Show Bags
Want to increase your visibility in-show and post-show? We can produce branded re-usable show bags for dis-tribution at the show entrance through our hosting staff. Carling Media also provides commodity distribution at various points on the show floor and at your exhibit space, if you require.
Custom show bag production deadline is January 5, 2020. Minimum order of 1,000 units starts at $1,500, including distribution. Bags will be distributed at the show March 25-29. Please contact us for a quote.
100th Anniversary Calendar
Interested in promoting your brand in a one-of-kind marketing vehicle at this year’s show. For the first time, we’ll be producing a high-quality 15-month car calendar for distribution pre-show at participating retailers and during the show through our VIP ticket program. We’re seeking one presenting sponsor to have their vehicle(s) featured in this commemorative calender. In addition, your brand’s logo will be featured on the cover. Calendar sponsorship deadline is November 29, 2019. Circulation: 10,000. Sponsorship cost: $3,495.
100th Anniversary Photo Contest
A presenting sponsorship is available for the Auto Show’s social media photo contest. Get your brand (and vehicles) featured as the daily prize presenter of auto show swag including clothing. More than 2,500 photos were entered in the last contest. We’re hoping to double it for 2020. Sponsorship booking deadline is March 6, 2020. Sponsorship cost: $2,995.

2020 Retailer Discount ProgramCarling Media will be providing an enhanced ticket (VIP) program at the 100th Anniversary show. For a $10 ticket upgrade sold online and at the show, attendees receive a souvenir show bag containing the Show Guide, 100th Anniversary Car Calendar, souvenir key chain and VIP lanyard.
Attached to the lanyard will be the main consumer benefit of the ticket upgrade: A VIP card that entitles the holder to discounts on food, services, and products at the show. After the show, the discount card can be used at participating retailers, restaurants, hotels, and tourist attractions in Metro Vancouver.
By joining the Retailer Program, your business will receive: • A listing in the VIP Discount web site;• A one-sixth-page ad in the English and Chinese Show Guides (optional);• A listing in the Floor Plan publication; and• A listing on the VIP program banner at the entrance to the Auto Show
Discounts must be made available from March 25 - June 30, 2020. (One discount per card holder.)
Program cost is $795 or $1,295 with the ads in the Show Guides.

Who receives the Show Guide?Here's a snapshot of show attendees and show guide readers:• Males outnumbered females 2 to 1.
• Average age of attendees is 36 years, with over half between the ages of 16 and 34.
• 59% are married or in a committed relationship.
• 57% of attendees have completed a post-secondary education.
• Attendees' average annual household income is $95,000, a significant $10,000 increase from the 2013 measurement.• 73% speak English at home, 14% Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and 2% Punjabi.
• 40% identify themselves as Caucasian, 39% as Asian and 7% Indian (South Asian)
• Attendees report an average of two vehicles in their household.
