res Overview
Auralia contains 26 topics, covering areas such as Intervals, C
hords, Scales,H
armony, R
hythm, M
elody, Jazz Chords and T
uning. Each topic has a
system of levels, allow
ing you and your students to work through A
uralia’sexercises in a progressive m
anner. Some topics also feature m
icrophoneinput, such as Interval Singing.
Auralia includes m
any features that make using A
uralia in a classroom or
network environm
ent very easy. We encourage you to use as m
any of thesefunctions as possible.
Firstly, Auralia enables you to track all your students results individually,
and you may have as m
any students enrolled in the program as you w
ish!N
umerous reports are built into A
uralia, so that you may print out student
results when the need arises.
The Professor allow
s you to automate student progress. T
he Professor will
advise students when to m
ove up and down through the levels, using
settings that you control. These settings are different for each class,
allowing great flexibility.
As a practise tool, A
uralia excels, giving students a diverse selection ofexercises to choose from
. The testing features give A
uralia a number of
new applications. T
ests have a predefined list of quesitons for students toattem
pt. All test results are stored separately and you m
ay create as many
tests as you desire. Tests can be used for exams and quizzes or sim
ply tocustom
ise Auralia to your particular teaching m
ethod.
Auralia 2.1 integrates w
ith Musition 2.0, allow
ing your students to havethe sam
