There are no Stupid Questions
• Well almost…
– Please interrupt and ask questions as we go
Last summer on a trip to Albuquerque NM, I
couldn't find my luggage at the airport
baggage area. So I went to the lost luggage
counter and told the person there that my
bags never showed up. The clerk smiled and
very competently said, “not to worry I am a
trained professional and you are in good
hands. Now, has your plane arrived yet?”
