• United Bank was established in 1959.• First branch was establish at Karachi.• Union bank was merged as united bank.• Now it has more then 1300 branches (pak).• UBL has 15 overseas branches.• UBL has good track record of fifty six years.• UBL has assets of over Rs.300 billion.

• The Bank was established since 1959 and has completed almost 50 years of its life successfully.
• Human resource development needs a lot of input.
• Staff retirement benefits should be introduced • Fast communication and transportation facilities
should be provide to sales and marketing staff.• Physical infrastructure is to be improved.
