DTN Testbed

• 40 buses fitted with off-the-shelf hardware

• Sparsely covering approximately 150 square miles

• Uses numerous external third-party APs

• Throwboxes increase connectivity

• HaCom Open Brick computer (577Mhz, 256MB Ram)• 802.11b AP• 802.11b usb interface• GPS Device• MaxStream XTend 900Mhz radio

Throwboxes• Completely untethered• Can be hailed by buses• Act as stationary routers
