I often get asked what a typical Blackwing ProfitConsulting client looks like. Well the reality is that they look just like you…! They are dedicated, entrepreneurial, hardworking people who are looking for smarter & faster ways to produce even better results.
They are usually family oriented people who often struggle with the burdens of work and trying to juggle the responsibilities of work and family. Some extra lifestyle / ME time wouldn’t go astray either…. They’d like to improve in the areas of Growth, Profit and Cash Flow and they are also concerned about how to generate new leads and convert them better – into higher fees and on Fee For Advice packages.
They’re normally great financial planners, BDM’s/PDM’s, Operations Managers or Financial Services providers, but often some of the concepts around marketing are a mystery to them and they almost always want more sales, but sales skills don’t always come naturally to them. They are ALWAYS looking for better ways to serve their clients!
They are working hard to ‘crack the code’ in their business and unlock the true potential that’s available, whilst at the same time building an awesome culture and TEAM environment – watching their team’s families prosper and therefore – their communities prosper. Often times, they would like to know how to get‘more stuff done’…, by implementing better systems, processes and actuallyhaving a plan to work to. They are open to new ideas and are happy to be‘coached’ to get awesome results.
They get that ‘it’s lonely out there’. Business can be a lonely place so they enjoy partnering with trusted people and a group of other ‘like-minded’ professionals. Peers who they know have their best interest in mind and give any feedback (both good & bad) that comes from a place of love, respect and from the heart. Importantly, they want to ensure that they have a ‘crystal clear’ understanding of their business and are looking for the answers to the questions they have been asking others for years.
At the end of the day…, they want more dollars in their back pocket, better businesses, less stress and the lifestyle and family life they have always dreamt of …! They’re ready to take action...
