documents and know how to use them = TRAINING

Should you train directly and give information about your reasons via a training course ORDistribute the information about your reasons with covering notes giving instructions on how to use the templates via email?

You have to cover:• Blank templates• Document specific templates with instructions • Your styles and standards• Your editorial processes

• Do they understand why they need to follow the style guide?

• When you designed the templates did you think about the level of ability of the user group?

• How much training would they need?
