Setup à Customize à Object (here we use Opportunity) à Fields à New Custom Field
Track Records Created Within Salesforce1 Step 1: Create a Custom Field (type: checkbox) on the object you would like to track
Global Action: Setup à Create à Global Actions à Actions Contextual Action: Setup à Customize à Object à Buttons, Links and Actions
Track Records Created Within Salesforce1 Step 2: Create (or modify) a Custom Action to create a new record of that type
From a Custom Action à Edit Layout Button

Now, whenever a user creates a new record using your Custom Action, the “Created in Salesforce1” checkbox will automatically be checked! Create reports using this field to see:
• The number of new records being created from within Salesforce1
• The proportion created via mobile vs the browser
