The Midland Rotary Waterfront Trail offers stunning views of the Georgian Bay
The picturesque Midland Rotary Waterfront Trail stretches over 8km and provides easy access to the downtown, Midland harbour,parks and many other attractions. Along the way, you will findinformative plaques that describe Midland's rich maritimeand industrial heritage. As part of the Trans Canada Trail,it connects with the Tay Shore Trail to the south aswell as the Mid/Pen Trail and the Fuller Bike Lanes to the north.Enjoy a picnic or take part in fun activities including beach volleyball,swimming, disc golf and more along the 1.8 km Little Lake ParkTrail. For those interested in culture and history, this park is hometo the Huron Ouendat Indian Village and the Huronia Museum.The Mid/Pen Trail offers nearly 2 km of paved trail through a scenicforest before continuing on to the Penetanguishene Trail.
