- o v thnh lp li ng chuyn cp 2 t mc a chnh c s (do Trung tm cng ngh thng tin Ti nguyn v Mi trng tnh Qung Ngi cp).

- Phng tuyn ng dy 110kV xy dng mi.

- o v ct dc tuyn ng dy 110kV xy dng mi t l ngang 1/5000, t l ng 1/500.

- o v bn trn cn t l 1/1000 (on vt sng Ba Lin, vt ng QL24, cc phng n vt ng st, chui Z 220kV v phng n u ni vo TBA 220kV).

1.3.1 Quy m:

* ng dy: Tuyn ng dy 110kV u ni thy in k Re vo li in Quc gia, c im u ti v tr nh my Thy in k Re v im cui ti ngn l E03 sn phn phi 110kV trm bin p 220kV Qung Ngi.

Tng chiu di phng n chn: 55,41085 km.

* Phn trm bin p: M rng ngn l 110kV E03 ti sn phn phi 110kV trm bin p 220kV Qung Ngi.

1.3.2 V tr a l:

* Phn ng dy: Tuyn ng dy 110kV u ni thy in k Re vo li in Quc gia, nm trn a phn cc x Ba Xa, x Ba V, x Ba T, x Ba Dinh, th trn Ba T, x Ba Cung, x Ba Lin, x Ba ng, x Ba Thnh thuc huyn Ba T; x Ph Phong thuc huyn c Ph; x c Ln thuc huyn M c tnh Qung Ngi. C th nh sau:

+ on 1 (T im u () n G9): Tuyn i qua x Ba Xa, huyn Ba T, tnh Qung Ngi.

+ on 2 (T G10 n G11): Tuyn i qua x Ba V, huyn Ba T, tnh Qung Ngi.

+ on 3 (T G12 n G20): Tuyn i qua x Ba T, huyn Ba T, tnh Qung Ngi.

* Phn trm bin p: Trm bin p 220kV Qung Ngi c xy dng trn t rung nm bn tri Quc L 1A theo hng ra Bc v cch khong 1km, thuc thn T Sn, x c Ln, huyn M c, tnh Qung Ngi. Din tch trm trong hng ro l 20.205m2, tng din tch t ton b l 24.939m2.1.3.3 c im a hnh:

1.3.4 c im a cht:

Tuyn ng dy 110kV v ngn xut tuyn 110kV phc v u ni nh my thy in k Re u ni vo h thng in Quc gia ch yu i trn a hnh i ni thuc loi thp n trung bnh, mc phn ct a hnh kh mnh bi h thng sng (sng Nc Re, sng Nc Lang, sng Lin, sng Ren, sng ba Lin), sui pht trin mnh trong khu vc. chnh cao a hnh kh ln (>350m), cc sui ct su, dc ln.

Tng cu trc ca khu vc nghin cu c dng tuyn, tri di, trong phm vi nghin cu ca cng trnh nh nn hiu chung v c im a cht chng ti nghin cu v gii thiu tng cu trc ca cc thnh to :

+ Arkei h tng k L (Ar l) : Ch yu gm cc granit biotit, phin plagioclase iopsid, b dy ca h tng khong 1000m.

+ Thnh to magma xm nhp cc tui t Arkei n Kainozoi Phc h Hi Vn (a T3 hv) : Ch yu l granit biotit, granit 2 mica, cu to nh hng.

+ H t - Holocen thng (Q) : Thnh to phn b cc bi bi ven sng sui, vt liu tch t thnh cc bi bi gia sng, dc ven bin. Thnh phn ch yu l st, bt st, ct cui si.

1.3.5 c im kh tng thy vn:

Do c im v tr a l, a hnh nn kh hu Qung Ngi lkh hu nhit i v gi ma, nn nhit cao v t bin ng. Ch nh sng, ma m phong ph, nhit trung bnh nm 25-26,9OC. Kh huni y phn ha thnh 2 ma r rt, gm cma mav ma nng. Ma ma bt u t thng 9 n thng Ging nm sau (chim 70 80% lng ma c nm), lng ma trung bnh nm trn 2.000 mm (giai on 1991 2002). Ma kh t thng 2 n thng 8, lng ma khng ng k; bnh qun 4 nm c mt cn bo hoc p thp nhit i nh hng trc tip n Qung Ngi.

1.5.3 Khi lng kho st thy vn:

-Thu thp v mua cc ti liu thy vn ti cc trm kh tng thy vn vng ln cn khu vc tuyn ng dy, tnh ton cc thng s kh tng thy vn ng vi tn sut P= 2%.-Cung cp p lc gi tiu chun vi chu k lp li 10 nm v 20 nm.-iu tra xc nh mc nc ngp hng nm ti cc v tr trng thp v cc hin tng khc.

-Xc nh phn vng dng st khu vc tuyn ng dy i qua.

2.1 My mc v dng c o c

2.2 Phng php o gc v chnh xc t c

- Cng tc xy dng cc mc: Cc v tr gc li, im u, im cui, ct vt... c chn bng cc mc btng kch thc 10x10x50 cm gia c li thp (6, xung quanh xy b btng c kch thc 30x30x10 cm, trn mt ghi r s liu mc. Ngoi ra ti cc v tr ct phi ng cc cc hng tuyn trc (VT), hng sau (VS) khong >=10m ng cc bo v bng g (4 x 4 x 30)cm. Trn tuyn ti cc v tr trung gian c chn bng cc b tng c li thp v c xy b xi mng xung quanh. - o gc:

3.3 a cht cng trnh:

Cn c tui, ngun gc thnh to, thnh phn thch hc ca t theo ti liu a cht khu vc c nghin cu. Theo kt qu cc h khoan kho st, kt qu th nghim cc ch tiu c l ca mu t, ct trong phng, a tng khu vc tuyn ng dy i qua c phn chia cc lp nh sau:

A. Tuyn ng dy :

3.3.1- Lp 1a (pdQ) :

Lp t th nhng, thnh phn ch yu l st, ct mu xm en, xm sm, trng thi cng na cng, i ch do cng do mm, ln dm sn, cc ca granit biotit, phin.

Lp xut hin trn mt ti hu ht v tr cc h khoan, b dy trung bnh ca lp t 0,3 0,4m, i ch 0,8m. Khng ly mu th nghim trong lp ny. Khng th hin lp trn mt ct CCT.

3.3.2. Lp 1b (a-amQ): Thnh phn ch yu l ct mu xm vng, xm sng, trng thi do chy, ln trung bnh 5-15% dm sn.

Lp gp cc h khoan LK37, LK54 v Lk106, b dy ca lp thay i t 3,2m (LK37) n >5m (LK106).

3.4 a cht thu vn.

Qua qu trnh kho st thc a nhn thy phm vi nghin cu nc ngm tn ti trong cc thnh to ct, cui si, ct pha v trong cc trm tch b ri khc. Nc ngm cha v vn ng trong cc khe h ca cc vt cht ni trn, ngun cung cp l nc ma, nc sng sui v t cc phc h cha nc khc.

Nc ngm xut hin ti mt s h khoan vi su mc nc ngm xut hin kh nng t 0.6m (LK105) n 2.7m (LK75), cn li n su 5.0m vn cha thy xut hin mc nc ngm.

Kt qu phn tch mu nc ngm ly ti cc l khoan cho kt qu nc thuc loi nc nht, c tn gi Bicacbonat Clorua/ Natri (kali) Canxi. C tnh xm thc yu (theo TCVN 3994-1985)Cng thc Cuc lp nh sau :

Qua kho st v phn tch cc xu hng pht trin cc hin tng a cht ng lc cng trnh ca hnh lang tuyn ng dy i qua, c th nhn thy cc hot ng trt l, ln, xi mn c th xy ra vo ma ma l i vi nhng sn c dc ln, nh hng n s n nh ca cng trnh.

3.6 Phn tch cc s liu kho st v nh gi;

3.7 Kt lun v kin ngh cc gii php k thut phc v lp thit k, thi cng;

3.7.1- Hin tng st l mi dc nh hng n cng trnh;

Ngy nay, hin tng thi tit xu, cc oan din bin phc tp vi tng sut ln, kh d on d bo. Cng vi s pht trin ca x hi, nhu cu xy dng cc cng trnh tc ng trc tip vo thin nhin gy nn hin tng st l t, trt mi dc nhng sn c dc ln.

Tuyn ng dy c la chn i qua nhng khu vc tng i thun li, t b nh hng bi s st l. Tuy nhin, cn lu nhng v tr xung yu, c dc ln vn c th pht sinh hin tng st l.

Mi dc h mng v s ha lng nn cng cn c quan tm (trong cc lp 1, 1b v 1c) v cn c gii php d phng khc phc, m bo cht lng v tin thi cng cng trnh.

Mt s on tuyn i qua khu vc c nc mt v mc nc ngm nng (0,6-1,0m) cn c bin php ngn nc, tho nc h mng m bo cho thi cng.

3.7.2- Cc nh hng khc.

Kt qu cng tc kho st a cht, a cht cng trnh tuyn ng dy c tin hnh khn trng, m bo yu cu k thut, kt qu p ng c yu cu ca thit k v theo ng cng khi lng c ph duyt.

Ranh gii v b dy ca cc lp t th hin trn mt ct dc l gi nh (tr v tr c khoan).

Cc ch tiu c l ca cc mu t, ct v thnh phn ha hc ca cc mu nc c th nghim m bo yu cu k thut, theo cc tiu chun hin hnh ca Nh nc (TCVN).

4.1 c im chung:

* V tr a l: Tnh Qung Ngi tri di t 1432 n 1525 v Bc, t 10806 n 10904 kinh ng, ta vo dy niTrng Snhng rabin ngvi chiu di b bin 144 km. * Nhim bn kh quyn:

Tuyn dy v trm bin p nm trong vng nng thn, hn na do nh hng ca kh thi ca mt s nh my dc tuyn nn ngun gy nhim khng kh. Theo Quy Phm trang b in 11TCN-19-2006, nh hng nhim bn kh quyn i vi cch in kin ngh thit k mc mi trng nhim bn nh tng ng vi tiu chun ng r l 20mm/kV tnh ton s lng bt cch in trong 1 chui.
