One of the first assignments to submit for the TED like project was the presentation slides and the

fact sheet. Compiling the literature review information onto slides felt unstructured and unorganized

therefore I first created a story line of key points I wanted to talk about. While I felt comfortable

creating the visuals and enjoyed doing so, public speaking is a big weakness of mine and the task

seemed very daunting due to insecurities and little confidence in this literary genre. Presentation

skills are definitely something I would further like to work on, although I was very pleased with my

attempt during the advanced writing class.
