Sérgio Paulo Guimarães de Sousa is a professor at the University of Minho(Portugal) specializing in Cinema and Portuguese Literature. He has publishedseveralscholarlyvolumes(suchas Literatura&Cinema,2003,andQuemSouEu?EnsaiossobreAntónioLoboAntunes,2015),aswellascreativeworks.Hehasalsoco-authoredthreevolumes(ontheworksofAlmeidaGarrett,TonyHillermanandLoboAntunes)andco-edited severalotherbookson literature, cinemaand theirintersections. Sérgio Sousa is the currentHélio and Amélia Pedroso EndowedChair at UMass Dartmouth, where he has been teaching a graduate seminar onLusophoneliteratures.
