Even if the Romanian education system has been the subject of various debates regarding its reformation, there are still a few

factors that encourage the development of young professionals, mostly in COMPUTER SCIENCE. This infographic traces a few

factors that influence the development of a good IT professional in Romania.

The reasons why many companies choose Romania as

a reasonable destination for partnerships is the sound

languages skills of professionals. We weren't born

this way...  

Pupils in high-school learn two or more foreign languages.*

According to the latest report of the Technical

University from Cluj-Napoca, in spite of the

economic crises in 2008, the employability rate of

computer science students remained very

high

MOST OF THESE STUDENTS BECOME IN FEW PROFESSIONALS, HIGH QUALIFIED PERSONNEL

Within the group of professionals, Ireland (45%) and Switzerland (43%) had the highest share of scientists and engineers.  However, many countries recorded shares of 40% or more, including France, Romania, Finland , Norway, Germany and Belgium.
