How the brain relates to our goals?

How does the brain manages to accomplish what we intend?

The answer is that the human mind is divided in two: the conscious and the subconscious. This means that the conscious is the captain and the subconscious is the engine.

Page 3: The brain (mind) and goals

Every thought that comes to our conscious mind through the five senses, produce impressions in the brain, whatever the nature of experience, these are classified and recorded, that is why we remember and bring the thoughts back to our mind.

The conscious mind knows what is the difference between reality and imaginary but the subconscious mind does not know.

That's why we can plant any willful desire or purpose and make it happen.

This means that we are in control of ourlives.

The subconscious acts first on the dominant desire that is mixed with emotion and faith. The subconscious is the means to turn desire into reality.

So when we use the wrong strategy we find what we do not want, and also we become experts at finding what we don't want. in other words this means that the failure is caused by the erroneous attachment of our goals in our brain.

How to use our brains to achieve the goals?

First learn how to create an image in our minds clear, specific and concrete of what we want.

Page 6: The brain (mind) and goals

1. Define what you want

Imagine clearly what you want, and describe it with words of achievement. Example: "I'm driving a bike and I'm enjoying doing it"

2. Imagine making it:

This internal image should be with color, brightness, shape, size differences, distance, how close, and also in regard to the sound we find specifically what we want to hear and adjust the shades to get what we want, be clear about the smell we perceive, and temperature of the scene. What is needed is to create a film as sharp as we can.

3. Extensively detailed:

Imagine what can be real Experiencing so large and clear, with all differences. Build the image to feel, see and hear as already done. This is so that the brain knows what to look for and start their routes more specific neurological and easy to do.
