The overview should be a minimum of 200 words & focus on:
• What was the project?
• What was the structure?
• What was the surroundings of the structure
(high water table/contaminated land/flood)
• When was the structure built (new build, retrofit)
• What was the need for solution?
• What challenges and objectives led the cus tomer to look for
a solution?
• What might have happened if you did not identify a solution?
• Did you explore other solutions prior that did not work out? If
so, what happened?
• What inspections/monitoring was undertaken?
• What where the project goals?
• What challenges were you experiencing prior to using Delta
products or services?
• What made our products or services stand out against our
competitors?
