positive feedback in regards to the info that we put in it and we hope to keep it coming more

Issue no 2
Fly wheels
It has come to our attention recently that you
have been able to buy a so called AMCA
flywheel on e-bay. These are not a approved
item and are therefore illegal to use.
Please be aware that you can be asked to
remove your flywheel at any time and have it
weighed.
Brakes
As some of you maybe aware we have been
looking at introducing a willwood brake
calliper that can be used. We will be trialing
it over the coming season and then making a
decsision from there.
Until this is done the ruling on brakes
remains the same as detailed in section 10 of
the specification book.
Fuel Protection Bars
After some discussion we have decided to
alter the fuel tank measurement that is
stated in rule 12.4 from 250mm to 330mm.
It has also been decided that after seeing
some of the fuel protection bars that a
centre brace must now be installed in the
middle of the protection bar as per
drawing.
It is compulsory to have this bar in for the
commencement of the 2014/15 Season.
Side Nerf Bars
A reminder that all cars are to run side nerf
bars as per rule 2.6 in the Specie Book.
Tyres
A reminder that with tyres, you are NOT
allowed to groove, buff or use any type of
tyre softener on them.
Safety Gear
Please take time to check all of your safety
gear during the off season. Remember that
seat belts only have a 2 year use.
Also check your helmets as if they are a
snell 2005 helmet, it will need to be
replaced at the end of next year.
