• Set-Up Hours– Friday (6/22) 11am-3:30pm
• Contact us for earlier set-up– Cars off lot 1 hr prior (3pm Fri) *– Materials/equipment out of
common areas ½ hr prior (3:30)• Check In First
– At festival HQ near east entrance– PIF only, payment can not be
made at event• Park & Unload Equipment
– Stay on Paved Surfaces *
– Park in Exhibitor Lot as soon as equipment is unloaded, arrange booth display
– No vehicles unattended *– Clear common areas
• Set up tent– Properly stake/weight BYO tents *
• Arrange booth display– 8’ uncovered table & chair inc.– Higher displays in back ½ of booth– No interference (noise, activity)
