THINK PINK!Don’t forget to wear pink to class on October 7!
Join us at the WARF for our special THINK
PINK day! Classes to be held in recognition
of Breast Cancer Awareness. Be sure to
wear your PINK on October 7 from 9:00am
to 1:00pm. We will be providing light
refreshments and treats in our lobby. Come
out and mingle with us and other members
during this time! Donations made during
the month will go to the American Cancer
Society. See the Front Desk for details.
Get ready for round two! We are flying through Fall I classes this season and now we
are getting ready for Fall II classes to begin. Don’t worry if
you didn’t take a specialty class earlier in the fall! There is no
prerequisite for taking Fall II classes, as the level of difficulty
remains the same. Get pumped for our classic classes, such as
Aqua Bootcamp and prepare yourself for new classes, such
as TRX Yoga Fusion and Zumba Kids. For more information,

unless otherwise noted. Pricing for members is $66 and $90

Did you know?The WARF hosts a wide variety of swim meets in our
Competition Pool, including US Swim Meets. Our first
swim meet of the year will be beginning soon! Please ex-
cuse our pool/facility closures during this time. The fol-
lowing upcoming closures are listed below.

There will be no Aqua Zumba. The leisure pool and
fitness room will remain open. All land classes will be
held as scheduled. Please allow extra time for parking.

$2 Tuesdays& thursdaysEvery Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00pm
to 2:00pm, you’re able to gain admission to
the WARF for a small charge of $2, regardless
of residency! This promotion is only available
when Fauquier County Public Schools are in
session. This promotion includes access to
the pools and fitness room. Cannot be used
towards fitness classes. No re-entry with $2
Tuesday and Thursday promotions.

Winter WARFSWIM CLUBDo your children love to swim but do not
want the commitment of a team? Are they
comfortable swimming the length of the
pool freestyle and backstroke? Do they
know the basics of breaststroke? Do they
want to advance their skills and stay in
shape? Take the plunge into WARF SWIM
CLUB! Swimmers work on proper stroke
technique, learn starts and turns, build skills
and stay in shape in a fun relaxing manner.
One or two day a week options. Evaluations
available to assess readiness.

homeschoolprogramsThis fun and exciting program for home-
schooled youth in our community is geared
towards teaching children of all ages how to
swim and be safe in and around water. The
American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program
emphasizes water safety and stroke develop-
ment to stroke refinement. The WARF will be
offering preschool classes for ages 3 – 6 and
youth classes for ages 7 & older.

& SHREK!
Trick-or-treat in a safe, tra�c free environment and then enjoy a movie! Cars need to be parked for the Trunk-or-Treat by 5:00pm in the lower lot. Trunk-or-Treat is limited to 100 cars. Please register at families4fauquier.com. We will be collecting dental supplies for the Fauquier Free Dental Clinic during this event. The showing of Shrek
will begin at 7:00pm. No registration required for the movie.
