Sustainability – To improve sustainability and to ensure all corporate sustainability responsibilities are met across the Lopesan Group
What is the difference between your solution and the options already existing on

My solution offers a variety of initiatives which can be implemented or phased in over a period of time to ensure long term sustainability of each hotel and the Lopesan brand as a whole

Some significant investment will be required, but this can be phased in over a number of years and full capital appraisals can be formulated

Proposals
•Bio-diversity – Development of wildlife gardens and tree planting projects at all Lopesan Hotels and surrounding communities•Food waste systems at all Lopesan hotels to eliminate organic food waste to be returned into the eco-system as water

• Engaging with the local community e.g. use of the hotel facilities, training e.g. cooking and housekeeping which could lead to future employment
• Solar Panels to help reduce Co2 emissions• Heat recovery systems in cooler climates to heat hotels
and provide air conditioning• Water consumption – reduce flow rates in rooms• Water consumption – improve recycling in swimming
pools and spas
