Gird is the highest scoring site. Site 5 – Old River Road is 2nd highest scoring site.
Conclusion After reviewing the 6 properties presented by realtor, Patrick Miller (in addition to Ocean Breeze and Gird Road properties), the BUSD Superintendent’s Advisory Committee determined that there were multiple sites to consider within the Bonsall Unified School District. Gird Road was determined to be the preferred site. “Property 5”, off of Old River Road, was the second preferred site.
