FEATURES, BENEFITS AND SELLING
HIGHLIGHTS
* The Super Vista Conveyorized Wash is designed to be a modular
HIGH SPEED system featuring linear traveling side washers, which allows the individual car wash marketer to create an equipment package specific to
their needs.
* The speed of the Super Vista makes for an extremely profitable vehicle
wash system. It is capable of wash speeds of up to 80 vehicles per hour. This profitable throughput level still allows for high quality cleaning, which will
create a loyal customer base for the owner.
* The Super Vista is adaptable to a variety of bay sizes, starting at 15.0m.
Several profitable options and accessories are available to accommodate even
the longest of bay requirements.
* The Super Vista is available in the following standard package sizes:
15.0m / 17.25m/ 18.75m / or 19.5m.
* The Super Vista's standard wash height is 2.1m. If the vehicle wash market is comprised of taller vehicles (such as high back service vans and
trucks), the system can be manufactured with a 2.5m wash height.
* The Super Vista can be purchased as a "complete vehicle wash
package," meaning that the car wash operator has the option to purchase the
equipment complete with fiberglass entrance, exit, and side panels with stop
and go lights, safety side glass with aluminum frames, entrance and exit
doors, and even an enclosed portable equipment room. For adverse weather
climates, the Super Vista can even be equipped with an insulated roof with
drainage channels, plus frost protection.
* Like all Ryko-Italia equipment, the Super Vista's frame is hot dipped
galvanized, double painted and oven finished. This ensures that the machine's base structure will withstand the tough environmental conditions traditionally
associated with vehicle washing. Furthermore, all chains are nickel coated and
all bearings are waterproof, to ensure a longer, trouble-free life cycle.

* For safety concerns, the Super Vista incorporates an anti-collision system. This detects if a vehicle has not reached certain points in the wash cycle, then
subsequently shuts down the conveyor to avoid a vehicle collision. Also, the home
position for all the washers and dryers in in the OPEN position.
* The Super Vista is electronically controlled by means of a state-of-the-art
32 bit PLC controller. This makes for greater flexibility in the programming of the Super Vista's 15 wash packages, meaning greater flexibility to add profit-
making options and accessories at the wash site.
* The two traveling carriages for the four side washers are mounted in the conveyor frame. Each carriage is mounted on a stainless steel slide. The gear/
motor drive system controls the washer’s movements along the slide to gently, yet
effectively, wash the front and sides of the vehicle. The movement of the washers
is signaled by proximity switches and the speed of the carriage is determined by a
VFD. The first set of washers overlaps the rear and the second set of washers
overlaps the front of each vehicle. This combination of traveling and overlapping
increases the amount of time washers are on the side of the vehicle and makes
them very effective at higher speeds.
* The Super Vista's top washer (one or two, depending on the system) is
always gentle, since it is controlled by a custom designed, state-of-the-art multi-
level electronic current sensor. This sensor permits the top washer to apply the most accurate and constant pressure needed for a good quality clean and
compensates for low voltage to perform at the highest level of vehicle safety.
* Like all Ryko Italia wash equipment, the Super Vista can be manufactured
with either the standard gently cleaning filament, or the new, revolutionary
FoamBrite™- the brightest idea ever in vehicle wash. A Polin™ textile option is also available.
* The Super Vista's standard 15.4 kW drying system consists of two fixed
side fans and one or two contouring dryer followers, controlled by two sets of photoeyes. The up and down movement of the dryer is also controlled by air and a
counter weight. Because the dryer top follower is able to actually contour the
vehicle, it provides for a very high quality dry, which leaves the customer with a
positive, lasting impression of the entire cleaning process. A 24.5 kW dryer is
available as an option.

* The Super Vista uses a galvanized steel double chain conveyor. This is an
above ground chain and roller system, driven by an exit end direct coupled electric motor. A frequency inverter allows the site owner to conveniently change
the conveyor speed when necessary. Furthermore, since this entire conveyor
system is above ground, it can be easily installed, maintained and serviced.
* The Super Vista's set of two rocker panel (optional) and horizontal
wheel washers are operated by means of air cylinders which are controlled by the PLC. This allows them to make solid, but gentle contact with the rocker panels
and wheels - traditionally tough areas to get clean. The Rocker panel washers
rotate in the opposite direction to the side washers, which increases the cleaning
quality.

Conveyor and Roller Positioning Aid The Super Vista uses a hot dipped galvanized double chain conveyor. This is an above ground chain and roller system, driven by an enclosed exit end direct coupled electric motor. Furthermore, since this entire conveyor system is above ground, it can be easily installed, maintained and serviced. The conveyor rollers pull one wheel of the vehicle through the wash, maximum tire size is 300 mm. It is entirely hot-dipped galvanized, with safety systems at the entrance and exit for each roller. Moreover,
an automatic chain washing system is provided to always keep the chain clean. Entry onto the conveyor is helped by the roller positioning aid. Once the vehicle is correctly positioned on the conveyor, it activates a photocell. As the car moves along the conveyor the measuring photocell determines its length, so the various options will start and stop at the proper time. Presoak and Foam arch An active dirt loosening presoak chemical or thick foam is applied next through an arch. The arch has stainless steel covers and can either be static or pivoting to provide full coverage of the front and rear of each vehicle.
Wheel Wash Group The Wheel Wash option consists of two 1.8 m long horizontal washers, one on each side, to wash the wheels and lower portion of the vehicle. The Wheel Wash Group includes a hinged arm with proximity switch on the right washer that prevents the washer from collapsing into a wheel well or closing in front of the vehicle. While the left side has a safety wheel, a safety proximity switch has been added to the top of the vertical support arm, which will stop the conveyor if the wheel wash is not in its home
position as a vehicle approaches. The opposite is true for right hand drive countries.

Traveling Side Washers The Side Washer Group on the SUPER VISTA consists of four
traveling washers, two on each side. Each filament washer is attached to a trolley, which slides on a stainless steel guide. This guide is mounted on a bearing support that allows each washer to tilt when it comes into contact with the vehicle. Two proximity switches on the trolley control the position of the washer, while a safety proximity switch on the guide stops the conveyor, should the brush tilt too far. The electric gear/motor drive system activates until the washer reaches a constant position on the side of the
vehicle to ensure constant pressure against the vehicle. The side washers travel along with the vehicle to give the maximum time for the side washers to wash the vehicle at high speeds and improving the cleaning results over standard systems. The side washers also overlap (re-brush) in the center of the vehicle to avoid striping on the vehicle. There is a separate chemical pump that sprays detergent on the washers. Top Washer
The top washer starts in the upright position. It begins to spin and lowers to follow the contour of the vehicle. The speed of the washer can be adjusted via two flow regulators. The top washer is raised and lowered by an air cylinder. The pressure of the top washer on the vehicle’s surface is controlled by a Senco 5 Plus current sensor. Depending on the length of the tunnel system, one or two top washers can be ordered. The first one is placed after the wheel washer and before the side washers. The second one is located between two sets of side washers.
Rinse and Wax Arch The rinse arch removes detergent from the surface of the vehicle. The wax arch applies a layer of wax that helps remove water drops from the vehicle’s surface. The wax arch has its own chemical pump.

Side Hydrobot
Hydrobot The Hydrobot II is an automatic high-pressure pre-wash system designed to simulate the action of a manual high-pressure wand wash. This system is highly effective due to its ability to deliver high impact water against the surface of the vehicle. A system called Mobile Nozzle Technique allows for an effective cleaning, with minimal water consumption. Each nozzle is fed by a 4 kW 1.8 l/m piston pump at 120 bar. In the Side Hydrobot II system, two nozzles spray water, one to the left and the other to the right of the vehicle, from the vehicle’s rocker panel to the top of the side windows. The Hydrobot III also includes the Top Hydrobot. The top manifold has a single high-pressure nozzle which follows the contour of the vehicle, while moving from left to right. The manifold rotates 0° as the vehicle enters the pre-wash in order to spray water against the front of the vehicle. It then rotates 90° when the nozzle is on the roof of the vehicle and 180° when the car is leaving, in order to spray against the rear of the vehicle.
