Hours of Operation 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM $3 per minute per child late fee Daily Fee - $45 3 days per week minimum
No Refunds
Dates registered for are the dates services will be provided. There will be no switching or adding days after registration is closed. Fees will not be prorated for absences, special events or vacations. There will be no drop-in services. Parents are responsible for
payment based upon the days registered, regardless of attendance. A $20.00 per day credit will be applied to your account if parents submit
withdrawal requests by June 5, 2015.

Student Animal Permission Form
3/23/15 A variety of animals (Rabbit, Guinea Pig, Chinchilla, Goat, Pig, Peruvian Cavy, Wallaby, Sheep, Chicken) will be on School District property for an educational purpose on June 29th. I give my permission for my student to be in the same environment as the animal and/or to interact with the animal. I will alert the principal or staff member overseeing the event if I have concerns about the animal posing an allergy, health, or comfort issue for my student.
