Ms. Soderland is a partner in both the Health & Life Sciences and Digi-tal Practices of Oliver Wyman’s Boston office. She leads Oliver Wyman’s health innovation work in consumer health solutions, digital health, new product design and new business commercialization. Ms. Soderland advises senior leadership of her health care clients in enterprise strategy, transformation and new business launches to help them create a sustainable competitive advantage as the market be-comes more consumer-driven and moves toward value-based care. She serves as a leader in Oliver Wyman’s Health Innovation Center, and she is passionate about driving innovation and consumer engagement in health care, a topic she speaks on frequently and has written about in various forums, including the Health Evolution Summit, the Leader-ship Institute, SXSW, America’s Health Insurance Plans and the Harvard Business Review. Ms. Soderland holds an A.B. degree from Harvard College in sociology and economics and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Business School.
