Pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation following additional disclosure had send to the

shareholders of the Company and the same should be taken as part of Annual Report 2019-

20 already circulated.

1. The audit fee paid during the financial year 2019-20 is on account of Statutory Audit Fee

only and does not include any other audit fee or reimbursement and the same is

mentioned in Note – 16 of the financial statements circulated to you. Further, the auditor

is partner of M/s Saraf Manoj & Co., Chartered Accountants.

2. A certificate from a company secretary in practice as regards Non- disqualification of

directors from being appointed or continuing as directors of companies, pursuant to

Regulation 34(3) and Schedule V Para C clause (10)(i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations

and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached
