Agevolazioni fiscali per gli investitori esteri
• il Governo Spagnolo ha approvato nel 2012 numerose riforme fatte ad• arte per gli investitori stranieri: “Venite, investite e in cambio vi forniremo• ottime condizioni”.• - Iva ridotta al 10% per l'acquisto di case nuove.• - Riduzione del 50% sulle eventuali plusvalenze generate.• - Privilegi fiscali per le società di investimento immobiliare.• - Affitti flessibili.• Per rassicurare i locatori, è stata modificata la legge sull'affitto, al fine di• rendere il settore più flessibile. Dopo solo dieci giorni di inadempienze• potrà scattare lo sfratto esecutivo, anche senza la decisione del giudice.
