INVITATION FOR BIDS 1. Sealed bids are invited from firms duly registered with PEC in category C-4 or above

with field of specialization EE03,EE04 & EE06 or EE11 specified for Solar Technology for supply and installation of the following Solar equipments / Systems in various villages of FATA under the following ADP projects;

S. No Projects Estimated Costs Provision of Solar Energy to Villages in FATA(Phase I) a. i) 682 solar home systems (Lot No. 1) ii) Solar pumping systems at 05 sites (Lot No. 2) iii) 14 solar based 45 W LED street lights (Lot No. 3)

Provision of Solar Energy to Villages in FATA(Phase II) b. i) 800 solar home systems (Lot No. 1) ii) 12 solar based 45 W LED street lights (Lot No. 2)

Rs.73 millions

2. Bids should be submitted separately for Phase-I and Phase -II 3. Bidding Documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned on a fee of PKR

5000/- (Non refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/ Pay Order in Favor of Chief Executive FATA-DA, Peshawar.

4. Bid must be accompanied by 2% of bid price in the shape of Bank Draft/ Call Deposit

in the name of the Chief Executive, FATA Development Authority.

5. Pre-bid conference will be held in the office of undersigned at 10:00 AM on September 21, 2012.

6. The Bid should reach the undersigned on or before, September 25, 2012 at 1:00 PM, which shall be opened on the same day at 02:00PM, in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend.
