Guests • The estimated number of guests must be communicated at least
30 days before the planned date of the event.
• The hotel must be informed in writing of the final number
of people at least 7 days before the date of the event at which time the
respective bill must be settled. The client will also be responsible for
the payment of any extra guests attending the event above the final
number communicated.
• Should a smaller number of guests be expected, the Hotel Tivoli
Palácio de Seteais reserves the right to review the rooms and areas to
be used.
Payment policy for children: 1-3 years old: free 4-12 years old: 50% discount
Prices and Payment Conditions • All prices are presented in euros. • Your reservation will only be confirmed after the initial deposit of 30%
of the total estimated cost of event has been paid. The second
payment of 60% of the total estimated cost must be made 60 days
before event. The remaining sum must be settled on the day of the
event.
• Your credit card details must be supplied as guarantee. • Payment should be made either directly at the hotel or by bank
transfer to the account given below.
• Should payment conditions not be adhered to, all event services may
be cancelled and no compensation will be paid.
• All cancellations should be sent to the hotel in writing. Should an event
be cancelled the following sums will be payable:
• 30% of the total amount when the event is cancelled up to 60 days
in advance
• 50% of the total amount when the event is cancelled up to 30 days
in advance
• 80% of the total amount when the event is cancelled up to 15 days
in advance
• When cancellations are made up to 7 days before the event, full
payment will be due.
Prices valid until 31 December 2018 - VAT and taxes are
included.
Changes • The Hotel Tivoli Palácio de Seteais reserves the right to alter the
composition and prices of menus due to force majeure. Guests will
always be informed in advance of such changes.
Bringing in and Taking Away Food and Drink • For health and safety reasons, no food may be brought into the
hotel. Guests may bring drinks to the hotel and a corkage fee
determined by the hotel will be applied.
In this case, guests must also provide an itemised declaration
stating that they are responsible for the good state of the product.
• Food may not be taken from the hotel’s premises.

Contract, acceptance and damage
• In order to provide you with the best possible service, please let us
know of any queries you may have on questions not covered by
this document. All queries should be in writing and sent together
with the contract to the hotel.
• A contract for the event must be signed and implies full
acceptance of contractual conditions by both parties.
• Non-compliance with contractual conditions may bead
to cancellation without compensation.
• Once the contract is signed, changes may only be made in
writing and after the agreement of the hotel.
• The non-return of the duly signed contract will lead to the
cancellation of the event.
• Tivoli Palácio de Seteais reserves the right to receive compensation for
any damages occurring during or losses arising from the event
attributable to guests’ actions. The costs to repair or replace hotel
property as a result of damage
or theft will be charged to the client even if the responsibility is
attributable to a guest.
• The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage to or theft of
any property left by guests during or after the event.
