4. Record all details as per the guidelines
5. Upload the Audit Report on 1view account using the App

3.Photographic evidences of all the parameters

Step-5 Evaluation of the In-Store Brandings
1. Check whether the Wall Brandings & Acrylic Sandwich are present in the store.
2. There should be atleast one of the branding from the latest campaign (Redmi 8 series, K20
series or MI A3).

Mark whether the Instore Branding was clean, dirt free, undamaged, not broken and visible without
obstruction. Choose the worst one amongst all brandings for evaluation.

Section 3 – MI Buddy
Step-7 Evaluation of MI Buddy in the store
1. Check whether the MI Buddy was present in the store
2. Ask the name of the MI Buddy and the Date of Joining.
3. Click a picture of the MI Buddy’s ID Card (Aadhar/Pan Card)4. Ask for Employee ID card and bank account number.
5. If not present, ask other staff member or the store manager about the reason for his absence
6. Check whether the MI Buddy is in uniform (Orange T-shirt)
7. If not in uniform, ask him about the reason for the same
