To set responsibilities:
In the user record, click the Select button
Select one or more responsibilities
One responsibility is designated as primary

3. Set the User Type
Select predefined user type from the drop-down list

4. Set Purchase Order Capability (B2B)
To enable the user to make purchases using a purchase order,
set the PO Approved flag
The account must also be enabled for purchase orders
