1. Some technicians will be required to enter all the information into theService Report
2. Some technicians will receive a Service Report partially completed,enter their required areas, and then someone else will finish it
3. Some people other than technicians will record information into the
Service Report.4. Some dealers will upload information to DBS
5. Some dealers will use Service Report as a standalone application
6. There are many scenarios this document will not address thespecific scenario, but rather the functionality within the Service
Report itself.7. An understanding of what belongs in a Service Report is implied.

Customer Report is intended for sharing with customers, and
normally shows less information than the standard Service Report.
Switch between Service Report and Customer Report through theView Menu

Customize the title of the Customer Report:
1. Select View > Preferences from the menu.
2. Click on the Preferences tab.
3. Edit the title in the Customer Report Title field.
