Purpose of the project… harmonization of the activities in the SEE region related to the introduction of digital broadcasting services, in order to: •speed-up the overall process of analogue switch-off in the region and further developments to more efficient technologies; •maximize harmonization of legal and technical framework with the digitalization process in the EU; •avoid policy, technology and market fragmentation; •develop regional strategy for optimal use of freed frequency spectrum for new ICT broadband services and •efficiently manage digital dividend
