Click on File, and then click the Connect/Login button
Connect/Login Page will display, type in User Name and Password, then click the Connect button. If not sure what is current username and password contact assigned department coordinator for assistance.

Once data information is entered, files can either be scanned or uploaded within the sub node. Use icons at the top of the page to do this.
Here is an example of an image uploaded using the upload file icon.
Note: all files types can be uploaded in School Paper (Power Point, Word Document, Excel, PDF etc…)
Use the File Name text box to change file name prior to uploading document, only if necessary.
To upload this image and save as a record click the upload icon.

When entering information make sure you label documents properly. Here is an example ( BOY Minutes, MOY, EOY, or September Minutes etc..)

Flip Horizontal Flip Vertical

Invert (Negate) Auto Contrast
Convert to B & W Deskew
Auto Crop Rectangle Crop

Delete pages after upload and OCR files when uploaded (OCR- Optical Character Recognition) are set as a default. Click the check-box to uncheck
Scan Quality: scan in Normal and High quality and Scan Type: will allow scanning in Black & White or Color. Default Scanning will be Normal and Black & White
Once item(s) have been uploaded in the sub node, item(s) will be listed in the record with a File Id (FID) attached to it.
In this example both images have been uploaded in (RID 877) Record Id Number 877 and within this record two files are attached to this Record and those files are listed as FID 953 and 952. Each file will display the file name, the size of the file, type of file, who uploaded the file, and it will time stamp the date when the file was uploaded.
To add more files to this record or to modify the record information click the blue bolded Add Files to this Record or Modify this record at the top of the page.
