Responsible for staffing and the financial metrics associated with the Global Unified Communications and Collaboration and Contact Center Services Professional Services and Consulting Business – Global UCC & CCS, equivalent to $1B annual revenue.

Manage and facilitate project level profitability projections between Corporate Finance, Marketing, Sourcing, Legal, as well as Executive Management.
