EXPERIENCE
After more than 30 years providing public accounting services including more than 15 years of professional
transaction advisory services Paul founded Rosewood Financial Advisors, LLC (Rosewood). Rosewood is
focused on providing lower middle market companies throughout North America high quality professional
transaction services at competitive pricing. Paul’s years of experience in transaction services included
providing advisory services to a wide range of private, public, and private-equity owned companies
throughout a wide range of industries including dental practices, manufacturing and distribution,
transportation, material recycling, natural resources, lab services, aviation, restaurants and other.
Services offered by Rosewood include general transaction consulting, buy and sell side financial and tax
due diligence, quality of earnings reporting, working capital analyses and true-ups, assisting in drafting
transaction documents, managing the transaction process, integration planning and implementation and
transition planning.
Paul has also performed as interim head of accounting and finance while overseeing the integration
process of newly acquired companies.
