DESIGNER | BUILDER | ABROAD || Casa Terrosa 2018 - 2019, Santiago de Puriscal, Costa Rica
Pioneered and led an extensive design-build / renovation project in Costa Rica,
featured by Dwell magazine mid 2019. Led a small local workforce onsite while
overseeing demolition, design execution, budget, and purchasing decisions.
Successfully completed project well under budget and on time. Developed unique
and innovative design vision under complex ecological logistical constraints.
PROJECT MANAGER | JOB CAPTAIN || C3D Architecture 2017 - 2018, New York City, NY
Project manager and lead designer for various restaurant/hospitality/Landmarks
Preservation Commission projects in NYC. Various NYC apartment renovations
and structural retrofit projects throughout Manhattan. Project management
through all phases of demolition, programming, scheme design, design
development, and contract administration.

Worked on large infrastructure and healthcare projects throughout the Bay Area.
Led Historic American Building Survey (HABS) project through rigorous
documentation and submission approval in the Library of Congress. Extensive SF
planning and building code research/calculations for multiple high profile change-
of-use/conditional use permits in San Francisco

Architectural designer with a demonstrated diverse history designing and building
in San Francisco and New York City, as well as abroad. Studies have focused on
incremental and user initiated design and collaboration. Exploring the potential for
how construction methods, design, and its participants can shape how buildings
evolve ‘with’ its population, not ahead of, or behind it.
