• Universal was founded in 1912.• It is the oldest American movie studios and is one of

the six major movie studios.• The world and the thick bold letterings give Universal

a unique logo, so that everyone can recognise it easily.

•Some of the films made by Universal are Jurassic Park, Nanny McPhee, American Pie, The Fast and the Furious, Despicable Me and Meet the Parents.

• DreamWorks was founded in 1994 by Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen (forming the SKG present on the bottom of the DreamWorks logo).

• The boy on the cresent moon was Spielberg’s idea and wanted the whole logo to be animated.

•Some films that were produced by DreamWorks is She’s the Man, Meet the Fockers, The Cat in the Hat, Shrek, The Prince of Egypt and Antz.

of the film studio.
