Book of Life During the month of
November, we remember and pray for our faithfully departed. Each family in
our parish will have a page within our Book of Life to list the names of deceased family and friends they would like
remembered. These pages will be available in the narthex. If you have previously filled out a
page, you will be able to remove it from the book and add new names. The Book of Life will be
placed by the tabernacle, and all of the faithfully departed will be prayed for at every Mass throughout the month of November.

PRAYER INTENTION BOOK Please continue to remember and pray for
all those listed in our prayer intention book and the name listed below:
Don Henry & Emily Wade †
Loving the Lord With All Our Mind Picture this scene in your mind. You are at the Temple and you hear one of the
leaders ask Jesus what the greatest commandment is. How would you respond?
When you hear Jesus say, “You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart,
with all your soul, and with all your mind,” do you agree? Then you hear him
add, “The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Now what
goes through your mind? Who do you consider your neighbor? How do Jesus’
words challenge you?
O My God,
I love you above all things,
with my whole heart and soul,
because you are all-good and worthy of all love.
I love my neighbor as myself for the love of you.
I forgive all who have injured me,
and ask pardon of all whom I have injured.
Amen.
