• Proposed Service Period: 4/1/2015 to 3/31/2018
• Contracts provide backup for professional services on an as needed basis
• There is no guarantee of work, even if a contract is signed

Qualifications
• Only consultants that currently have an office within the 13 county Cincinnati-Hamilton Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CMSA), with an in-house staff capable of performing the proposed work, will be considered for contracts.

• Proposals from consultants outside of the CMSA will only be accepted for the Federally Funded Planning and Engineering and Railroad Planning Advisory Services disciplines due to the unique nature of the work.
Timeline
• Release of RFQ: 7/11/2014• Deadline: 9/5/2014• City initiates offers: 11/1/2014
All dates are approximate at this time.
Submittals
• Interested parties should submit: - Four (4) bound copies and - One (1) digital copy (on a CD)Of the Statement of Qualifications, for each discipline being sought.
Work Under Contract
• If you are selected for work, you must subcontract a minimum 20% to a registered SBE (Small Business Enterprise) with the City of Cincinnati
• There is a maximum of $2,000,000 for each contract - The maximum is per discipline
