Thought Energy
Thought energy has the ability to create.
Thoughts affect and creates physical reality. In other words you literally create reality
with your thoughts
So understanding this, we can say the creation of anything in the physical universe is determined by what kind of attention we place on it. Weather you focus on good or bad you begin to create.

Thoughts are Energy The science behind this is really simple, providing
we begin to under stand our whole composition.
Everything is made of energy.( atoms, electrons, protons etc, all equals as stated by science, pure energy).
If We would break down every thing you see around you including yourself, it is all energy at a lower or higher vibrational level.
3-Atoms & Molecules produce physical objects, animals, food, & Human bodies.

We Emit “Thought” energy
“Emit” meaning we send out or bring forth.
Thoughts do not just stay in our heads, they are pure energy sent forth from our bodies into the universe.
This energy travels outward.

Ten Steps for Creating your reality
Step 1.Believe and accept that your
thoughts create your reality:
You can create anything you desire by focusing your thought energy on it.

Step 2
Get rid of any beliefs that may be holding you back:
Go through your beliefs and see if you have any beliefs that are limiting you and then remove them.

Step 3
Decide exactly what you want to be, do and have in your life.
Answer the important question in your life about what you really want and write down your desires. Prioritize your desires and write out the most important desires you wish to manifest right away.

Step 4
Form a clear picture of what you want:
Get very clear about what you want and write out statements, create visuals, write out an ideal scean, and create a creation board collage to keep your images of what you want on your mind. Get very pacific with every detail you can imagine.

Step 5
Focus on your Desires:
Daydream, visualize, read your statement of your desires, picture what you most desire, especially right when you wake up and just before you go to bed.

Step 6
Focus Continuously on your Desires:
Keep your attention focused on what you want. Don’t rely on just a few sessions of visualization or prayer. Keep you attention on your desires throughout the day, wherever you are.

Step 7
Close your mind to doubt and fear:
Focus on what you desire and not what you fear. Focus on what you want and not on what you do not want. Don’t let your mind wander in worry or doubt. When you catch yourself fearing, say “cancel” and move on to a thought about your desire.

Have Gratitude:
Be grateful for this miraculous ability to create what you want in your life. Be grateful in advance for those things you are creating because they have already been created in thought. Remember, Thought is reality. Everything you see around you is a result of thought.

Take action now and bring your vision into your actions:
Act now on the people, things, and circumstances in your life and bring your vision with you as you go about your activities. See the vision in everything you do. Say t yourself, “I am doing this action to have these things in my life…” The point of power is where your thoughts and actions meet.
