A P9.2 Prototype TGI Friday’s Restaurant was to be placed within a retirement community referred to as “The Villages” in Sumter County, Florida. The design restrictions as dictated by “The Villages" required the building to reflect a cracker style and/or an early 1900’s mercantile style prevalent to Florida.
