Councillor Ms J Billington declared a pecuniary interest in application
(P15/S2326/DIS) owing to her employment with RPS. In accordance with the
Council’s code of conduct she left the room during the debate and voting on the
application.
Councillor B Shaw arrived at 8:00pm. The Committee considered the proposed changes, noting that they were fairly minimal and that they were amendments to a plan rather than making changes to

1. South Oxfordshire District Council have released a draft of their South
Oxfordshire Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document.
2. This report asks the Committee whether it wishes to respond to the consultation
Recommendation
3. That the Committee considers the draft Design Guide, decides whether it wishes
to respond and, if so, formulates a response for submission by the closing date.
