• Permet de lever des fonds sur le marché financier pour renforcer leur capacité d’intervention
• Réduction du taux du financement au regard de la qualité de la garantie
Pour les promoteurs la garantie:
• d’augmenter leur capacité d’engagement et indirectement, le volume des prêts accordés à l’économie par l’amélioration des ratios prudentiels
• de se prémunir contre le risque de perte et de défaut de paiement,
• de lever des fonds sur le marché financier pour renforcer leur capacité d’intervention;
• d’appuyer les banques à l’évaluation du projet, et au suivi de son exécution
