Main Emphasis of the Book:The primary theme of the book of First Thessalonians is that there is comfort and hope for faithful Christians at the second coming of Christ. While the second coming is heavily addressed near the end of the letter, the subject is leaned upon throughout the letter as the ultimate hope for the faithful.

Main Emphasis of the Book:The primary theme of the book of Second Thessalonians is that Christians must make proper preparations for the second coming of Christ. Having dealt with the second coming of Christ in his first epistle to the Thessalonians, Paul now addresses some misunderstandings on their part and instructs them to stand firm in the teachings of God.
