Twenty-five year old jazz

sensation, Norah Jones, is ready tobegin her North American tour with astop in Duluth at the University ofMinnesota. She will be performingsongs from her Grammy award winningdebut album “Come Away With Me.”

Norah was born in New York

City in 1979. She then moved toTexas, where her interest in music grew.She claims some of her earliest musicalinfluences came from “oldies” played onthe radio.

Jones went on to study jazz piano

at the University of North Texas. Sheleft before graduation to move back toNew York City to pursue her musicaltalents.
