• ESE SUPPLEMENT 1022 (804) FOR TEACHERS:• Per the UTD contract, a teacher must be exclusively
assigned to students with IND, OI/OHI/TBI, EBD and/or ASD.
• The teacher’s schedule from ISIS will be reviewed• Teachers assigned to mixed exceptionality groups
including SLD, VI and/or DHOH are not eligible for an ESE 1022.
• A Supplement Approval Request Form (SARF) must be submitted to Compensation to request the ESE 1022 supplement for an eligible teacher.
ESE SUPPLEMENT - 1020ESE SUPPLEMENT - 1020• ESE SUPPLEMENT 1020 (801) FOR CLASSROOM
PARAPROFESSIONALS:• ESE supplement 1020 will be processed
programmatically for a classroom paraprofessional assigned to a position with a program number of 6710 (IND), 6740 (OI), 6760 (EBD), 6821 (ASD) or 6770 (PK). • A Supplement Adjustment Request Form (SARF) must be
submitted to Compensation to request the ESE 1020 supplement for eligible program funded paraprofessionals after the batch processing calendar.
