THE INTRODUCTION
Below is a step by step guide which illustrate the steps involved in the generation and submission of a Full Time
Online Registration Contract for Full Time Students who are carrying repeat modules
You will be able to access Online Registration via the website. Select Full Time Programmes below:

You will be asked to log on using personalised account credentials i.e. application ID - if a new student, or a
student number if a returning student. You should also provide your own personal email address or VCConnect
email address (if you are a returning student).

You will be guided through the steps required for Online Registration. Please note that because of the Application
ID or student number entered–selected information will auto populate in the contract and you will NOT be required
to complete all your information again – unless your details have changed.

You must complete all of your qualification information
You must complete all your personal information

You must complete your Education information
If an international student – your Education is not applicable. Instead you must indicate that you are an international student and must indicate whether you have made an application to SAQA or USAf as well as the status of the evaluation or application. (submitted to SAQA/USAf or The IIE)

Account Payer details must also be provided –please select from the options below.
Emergency contact details are also required.

If you would like to apply for a bursary - you must complete the bursary section below and upload the necessary
evidence by 31 January 2020.
Registration Documentation Registration documentation must be provided to finalise your registration. These documents can be uploaded
when completing online registration and will be attached to the contract that you receive via email.

Terms of Registration Important terms of registration are available for you to read and review. You cannot proceed until you have clicked on the acceptance tick boxes below

Once you have clicked on submit an email is generated confirming the receipt of Part 1 of your contract
A staff member will contact you to complete the balance of the contract information. Once this has been completed – the staff member will push the contract back to you for final acceptance. You will receive the second half of this contract via email – as shown below. Then you will be prompted to click on the link below to verify and confirm that the fees and payment details are correct.

You must also select how you would like to pay and have a range of options available. If you have selected Full
Settlement or Early Settlement -you must select Pay now or Direct Deposit (EFT). If you have selected Terms
then you must complete the debit order instructions or select International payments if you are an international
student and do not have a South African bank account.

Once you have completed the above details – click on submit. If you chose pay now – you will be taken to the
Payment Portal
Post submission you will be taken to this page

You will then receive a confirmation email as illustrated below - with a copy of the contract attached. Below is
a copy of the email that you will receive with a copy of the contract attached.
Student Email
You will receive the email below confirming the receipt of your completed contract.
