User Roles
• Initiates Onboarding records, performs all pre-boarding activities. Can only view records initiated by them. Department Initiator
•Same as an Initiator; initiates Onboarding records, but can view and act on all Onboarding records created within their department.Department Super User
•Read-only access; cannot initiate records, but can view all Onboarding records across all departments on campus. Central Office Super User
•Has a role in the process, but not in the tool. Creates AD username and e-mail account for new hires.Account Creator
